Who should I call if I am ready to sign up for a Flex Air Charters jet card?

Are the fuel and crew considered additional charges?

There are no additional costs for either.

Is there an hourly or daily minimum?

There is no hourly minimum however, the daily minimum is one hour.

Can I schedule multiple aircraft on the same day with a jet card?

Yes

Who provides your aircraft?

We work with professional operators all over the world to provide service to our clients. These operators are ARGUS, WYVERN, or ISBAO safety rated as well as FAA part 135 certified.

Is taxi time included?

Jet card holders are billed for in-flight time and a flat rate for taxi minutes and out time. This amount can vary per card but generally ranges from 6-12 minutes flat per segment.

How long is the rate guaranteed?

Your rate is guaranteed for the duration as specified on your contract.

Do you provide catering or ground transportation?

We provide complimentary concierge services and can schedule ground transportation and catering to your specifications at the time of your reservation.

Will I be covered under your insurance policy?

Liability and risk coverage options depend greatly on the size and operator of the aircraft, however, liability limits between 20 million and 200 million are available.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation in which Flex Air Charters incurs an expense, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to your flight time and in special circumstances we may request up to 7 days prior to your flight for cancellations. This will vary on the project or flight, however, please discuss this concern with your individual representative.

When I travel outside of the US is there international fees?

Trips that arrive at or depart from locations outside of the United States are subject to international fees for our standard card. These fees vary based on the location. However, international fees are waived for our executive card holders.

Will my card expire?

Flex Air Charters jet cards do not expire. Rollover hours are allowed per year and are adjusted for fluctuating fuel costs.

Are there additional charges for black out dates and peak period times?

Peak period surcharges are dependent upon specific times, holidays and general seasons however the least amount during these periods that Flex Air Charters charges is 5%. Blackout dates and peak periods can vary by card.

What lead time do I have with my jet card?

When making a reservation, lead times vary based on the choice of card you carry. For our standard card, the lead time is 72 hours, for our executive card it ranges 4-6 hours based on peak periods, holidays etc.

Does my jet card allow for upgrades or downgrades?

Whether you need more space or a longer-range aircraft, we are more than willing to accomodate upgrades or downgrades. However, additional fees may apply based on the itinerary, group size and length of flight time.

Can I choose my own FBO?

We do permit you to choose your own FBO provided they are willing to work with us even if it is out of our preferred vendor network.

Is there a contingency in place if my flight gets canceled for a non-weather related reason?

Yes, we will provide a replacement aircraft at no additional cost to continue your itinerary.
